Come to your senses – all five of them! Join docents Shelley Yeager, Sharon Oriel and Mary Tris as they explore the forest of Swanson Preserve, inviting you to look, listen, smell, touch and yes, possibly even taste what you will encounter in this special place. The Preserve features a cedar forest, wetlands, streams and the shoreline of Little Traverse Lake. Observe, reach out and immerse yourself in nature! It is recommended that you wear older clothes, bring bug spray and be prepared to get your hands a little dirty. This will be a slow saunter through the Preserve that will last 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
