Join docents Keith Rhodes, Bert Thomas and Sharon Oriel in this Mindfulness in Nature-themed hike. We will explore the symbiotic relationship humans have with nature and practice how Mindfulness in Nature helps us to hear what the forest is saying. We will also explore how we experience the landscape and how it changes based on our perspectives. Understanding our past and present human history informs us how we can become better stewards of these natural areas. Hike participants will experience heightened awareness on ways to help preserve the forest for future generations.
